
The most likely reason for this is that the email address you registered with was mis-typed and therefore does not match your correct email address. If you are sure you are using the correct password (you can request a reminder by clicking on the link on the home page), then email us at customercare@weddingdiets.co.uk and we will check your account and correct your email if necessary. Please note! If you have registered with an incorrect email address, you would not have received your Confirmation email or Password Reminder.
This means that at some point in the past you have either signed up for a free trial or been a member. To re-join, all you need to do is return to the home page and log in as if you were a member. You will be taken straight to the Membership Options page to select a subscription and renew your membership.

Yes - that's no problem. However you both need to have your own email address and make sure that one person has fully logged out before the other person registers and logs in. If the first user has not logged out, the next user will start to over-ride their account.
